Misdrop Recovery

Recovering from mid-game misdrops involve many methods to sustain firepower and cleanliness. Here is a list:

  1. Make T-spins to sustain firepower after a misdrop.
  2. Use clean Tetrises to skim off the damaged area to sustain back-to-backs.
  3. Make prophecy setups to sustain firepower.
  4. Use vertical L, J, and I skims to switch holes and fix the field using line manipulation.
  5. Turn misdrops into downstack combo chances.
  6. If all else fails, quickly skim off the top, colored layers and get back down to safety.
  7. Don’t freeze!
