This Book’s Target Audience

Tao of Tetris 2 contains many references to near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), reincarnation, metaphysics, Eastern spirituality (Taoism, Buddhism, Zen, Hinduism), ego-developmental psychology (Ken Wilber), and some New Age systems.

Most spirituality books convey spiritual ideas in an overly abstract manner. I approach them differently in this book, using Tetris — one of the most popular video puzzle games of all time (1 billion people have played it!) — to illustrate them concretely and clearly. I also present many concrete applications of the book’s spiritual lessons to personal problems and broader social issues.

As a Tetris master who has written 9 Tetris guidebooks and 9 spiritual novels, and who has experienced more than 7 out-of-body experiences, I bring a unique perspective to illustrating spirituality through Tetris.

Little to no Tetris knowledge is needed to read this book (although it helps!).
