“Experience is the essence of existence.”
—Inspired by Alan Watts and Zen philosophy
Introduction
Humanity is a paradoxical species.
It has been through many scientific and technological advancements. We now have AI, robotics, automation, and other digital technologies that make life far easier.
Yet, many of us are entrapped in a 9-to-5 corporate rat race. We work paycheck to paycheck just to pay our rent, mortgages, utility bills, and basic grocery needs.
Many of us simply work and return home to watch TikTok, Netflix, YouTube, or scroll on our phones. We may go golfing or travel the world at most once per year.
Yet, deep down, many of us feel that something is wrong with the system. It is as if we are mere wage slaves, whose only purpose is to serve the economy.
We think that life is simply all about getting married, having children, going to church weekly, working, consuming, and that is all.
Life feels empty from within, almost devoid of higher meaning and purpose. And in some countries, like Japan or South Korea, which are more competitive, people may feel suffocated because they have no time to enjoy life.
Then, when physical death nears, we feel the fears and grip of mortality approaching and slipping. We ponder on our deathbeds what we could have done instead. Then, imminent death comes, and we think that is the end of consciousness.
What if I told you that there is something far more within and beyond? Is there a far greater cosmic and spiritual purpose for why we are all here?
It turns out that there is! There is a whole system that describes and explains the cosmic spiritual architecture. We can use this to manifest purpose and meaning in our lives to cure the malaise of modern life!
We are now on the verge of a transition from an ego-driven, fear-based Earth to a new Earth grounded in universal love, peace, acceptance, tolerance, freedom, and creative manifestation.
I have volunteered to write this free book (available for free at howtotetris.com) to accelerate this social revolution that will define humanity’s future.
The Broader Spiritual Reality
Modern science has benefitted humanity in unimaginable ways. Some countries, like China, now have robotic flying cars and servants to attend to people’s needs.
However, modern science is also a paradox. It seeks to expand, but it also contracts. Many domains in science have become strictly materialistic.
Many believe that if the physical body dies, then consciousness perishes permanently alongside it. The world of matter is all there is to the cosmos.
Hence, many materialistic philosophers have arisen to pay homage to this belief. Many economic theories ignore people’s spiritual fulfillment while maximizing consumption and growth. Some philosophies, like those of Ayn Rand, champion the idea that people should be selfish.
The result is that the world has become fragmented, materially driven, but spiritually vacant within.
However, here is the greatest secret that I now reveal to you, through my knowledge, spiritual pursuit, and mystical experiences:
You are not matter.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your feelings.
You are not your beliefs.
You are not your job.
You are not your title.
You are not your salary.
You are not your nationality.
You are not your ethnicity.
You are not your religion.
And many more.
Instead, you are the awareness behind the veil of matter. You are the infinite spiritual consciousness that observes and beholds the experience of being a finite, physical, human being.
Humanity has forgotten this because they have over-identified and have been over-attached to material, bodily consciousness.
In the philosophy of mind, great minds have always pondered the origins of consciousness. Some philosophers reduce it to matter, extinguishing the inner world of feelings entirely.
However, nothing can ever fully explain what consciousness is. This is because it is pure experience, and you must become it to grasp it fully. It cannot be reduced to equations, theories, or dissertations.
It is the same thing as being a bat. You can describe and predict a bat’s behavior through equations. However, you can never know what it is like to be the bat unless you are the bat, experiencing its consciousness as a bat.
Likewise, you can describe or explain away consciousness in numbers, words, equations, or theories. However, you can never know it unless you are the experience of consciousness itself.
This is like the analogy of a person pointing at the moon and saying, “It’s the moon.” The finger pointing at the moon is not the moon, but the theory that describes it.
However, modern science is like this person. It points at the moon and looks at its own finger, thinking the finger is the moon. It fails to look ahead to gaze at the splendor of the moon as it is, the thing-in-itself.
This inherent spiritual consciousness within us is not material. You embody it. You experience it. And you are it.
From where and when does this consciousness arise? Not in time or space. There is no time or space in the so-called “afterlife.”
Upon physical death, your consciousness does not get permanently extinguished. It rises out of the body and journeys to the afterlife, a realm powered by thought and emotion.
Anything that you think or believe gets instantly manifested on the other side of the mortal veil. There is no scarcity in the afterlife.
Many afterlife researchers have confirmed this. You can read more about this in the works of Michael Newton, Walter Semkiw, Brian Weiss, Raymond Moody, Kenneth Ring, Kevin Williams, Dolores Cannon, Victor Zammit, and many more.
Many of them are based on veridical near-death experiences. This happens when an unconscious person may have surgery performed on them. However, their souls exit their bodies, and they witness who is there and what is going on. After returning, they verify accurately what they could not have known otherwise.
Your soul incarnates across dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of human lifetimes. No one forces the soul to reincarnate. You chose it because you want to be here.
Your soul is immortal and eternal. It can never perish—only be transformed from one state to another, such as a more evolved one. As such, you are immortal and timeless.
Does this scare or surprise you, knowing that you are an immortal being?
Perhaps, it is even more astonishing that I now reveal to you that most of you on Earth had not just past human lives.
Many of you have had an average of at least three previous entire incarnational cycles as other non-human sentient beings on different realms, planets, or dimensions. Some highly experienced earthly souls, like Jesus Christ, may have had up to nineteen.
This could be incarnations on a physical, mental, spiritual, or half-physical, half-spiritual realm.
This has been confirmed by Michael Newton and the Michael Teachings, as presented by Shepherd Hoodwin.
You most likely have had thousands or even tens of thousands of past lives across all realms. And this does not even include non-incarnating lives where you may have other roles, “jobs,” or experiences in non-physical realms.
That is how powerful and ancient you are. And that is why you must never see yourself as any lesser.
And so, what are you? Who are you?
To ask this question is to do so from a limited human perspective. You can never truly grasp absolute reality from this finite form.
The human brain has evolved its limited faculties to function optimally in its physical environment. It was not meant to capture the essence of the infinite.
It is like how a being in a two-dimensional world (a Flatlander) can only perceive light falling on their one-dimensional retinas. They see just a line, and their limited brains infer two-dimensionality.
You are the same, a three-dimensional being trying to grasp the infinitely complex and approach absolute reality.
Time and space are just limits that the One creates using the veil of Maya or illusion. This creates constraints that help us make more meaningful choices.
If there were no such limit, we would experience infinite time and space dimensions simultaneously. We would be everywhere and every time at once, and thus, cannot choose. There will be no particulars.
Why are there only one visible dimension of time and three of space? Because if there were too many, the cosmos would be too complex to make meaningful choices.
Humans pride themselves on seeking a grand Theory of Everything (TOE) to explain all of reality. However, that can only be understood in finite, human-centric terms.
No equations, numbers, or theories, no matter how complex, can capture the infinite.
I will show you now what you truly are in human, finite terms:
You are a finite fragment of the all-that-there-is, call it the Tao, God, or the One, if you will. And you are this finite expression and manifestation of this unitary cosmic consciousness that is the I am.
In a more esoteric twist, because time and space are mere illusions in the physical realm, so is the idea of finiteness, duration, and separation.
Everything in the cosmos is one—a part of this eternal, undying, timeless, and infinite consciousness.
In this book, I will refer to this all-that-there-is as far as possible as the One or Tao, as “God” has become a highly patriarchal, masculine, negatively connoted, and anthropocentric concept.
And, hence, it was not madness that many saints in India, China, Europe, and the Middle East, when they declared that I am, such as Jesus Christ, the Buddha, or Lao Tzu.
You are the I am in the eternal cosmos since all things are truly one.
You have merely forgotten it.
Why did you come here to this physical school you call “Earth?” Did someone punish you and force you to reincarnate here?
No. Not at all.
You did not come here because of the “fall” as described in many religious traditions.
You came here because you are a brave cosmic explorer—a part of the I am, the One, who wants to know itself more fully.
The One was forged in unity. In unity, there was infinite knowledge and presence. The One manifests all possibilities at once.
In spirit form, you can create anything you want on the other side, even entire galaxies or universes.
However, the One realized that this omniscience and omnipresence led to a paradox: it cannot choose.
Choice can only occur when it has finiteness, when it has tribulations, negativity, and darkness to rise above.
Hence, from the One came the many, and you are an infinitesimal spark of the infinite One.
You came here because the One wanted to experience limitation through its physical creations, such as its infinite number of physical, mental, and spiritual universes, many with different laws of physics, psychology, morality, cognition, and spirituality.
As the One descends into the physical realms, it is veiled by Maya, or illusion, and no longer perceives the cosmos as unitary.
It experiences duality and polarity, such as light and darkness, joy and sorrow, fear and courage, wisdom and ignorance, yin and yang, and an infinite number of such.
The One and you both forget their original divinity to express, manifest, and experience limited forms.
This resolves the One’s greatest existential angst: having no choices. Only in finite forms can one truly play the game of free will.
There is an infinite number of games across the cosmos. Free will is a game that we play in physical universes with only one dimension of time. As you will see later in this book, having this trait allows us to experience free will and spiritual evolution.
Perhaps some other universes involve playing “games” in which time has multiple dimensions. Maybe there are realms where time and space do not exist.
They may instead have concepts unimaginable to human minds, being beyond time, space, matter, energy, or consciousness.
I was there, witnessing many of these realms in several out-of-body experiences I once had. As I experienced my thousands of past lives in other realms, I beheld how truly infinite the cosmos really is.
This is why many people who have had near-death experiences came back, astonished by their visions of infinite love and knowledge beyond the veil of mortality.
And that is why you are here, brave cosmic soul—you came here to forget your original Oneness and discover divinity.
You came here to experience darkness, pain, and suffering. And from it, can you rise above them and truly appreciate universal love, peace, and harmony.
You volunteered to enter the harsh, crass, and dense physical planes to explore and play the “game” of finite, human life.
Therefore, you have chosen this life, playing a commitment as you in this mortal form.
You came here to learn, experience, manifest, and express, so you may return to the source to enrich the One with newfound experiences.
Again, I speak in human terms that people can understand. There is no time, there is no space, in the broader spiritual reality—only an eternal and timeless now, and I am presence.
You came here to experience as many lives as you planned to gain a broad, cosmic picture of humanity.
You came here to grow through the various spiritual stages (or “soul ages”) to learn from negativity and grow into positivity.
You are not alone, for every soul is part of a broader spiritual family of around a thousand souls. It is then part of an even larger over-soul, which is part of something larger, and so on, until it reunifies with the One.
Therefore, you being here is an invitation by the One and yourself to experience human finite form and grow from it.
Surely, you must think that you cannot possibly be that powerful. I will give you another secret:
You are pure energy.
What is energy? Modern physics understands it as being purely material, being the prime mover that moves matter.
No, no. In the broader spiritual reality, energy is spirit. It is the will or intention that gives rise to all mental, spiritual, or physical action.
In the higher realms of existence, per the findings of Theosophy, Rosicrucianism, and many other esoteric teachings, this cosmic will is so powerful that beings up there can create anything they want through thought—even entire clusters of universes or multiverses.
Remember what I said, you are a fragment of the One. Therefore, you contain everything that the One has. You have this energetic will that can manifest anything you want in life with sufficient insight.
All thought affects reality. When we harbor an intention forged by Christ- or Buddha-like love consciousness, the love permeates the cosmos, touching the hearts of others. This can then revolutionize human social, political, and economic systems. I will show you more in later chapters.
That is how powerful you are: you are the One in finite, mortal form, merely trying to regain your divinity.
And the most incredible secret?
Divinity is not something to be sought.
It is already inside of you. You are that divinity.
Divinity exists within everyone, and it is the inherent right of every sentient being to aspire to it again.
Many individuals have spent countless decades in spiritual pursuit to achieve spiritual enlightenment. They may become hermits, monks, or aspirants in monasteries or caves, meditating for hours each day to reach this coveted height of spiritual growth.
And this book’s purpose is to help you remember it—to help you see past the veil of matter and Maya to apply the laws of spirit into your life.
The laws in this book govern spirit. They are based on my mystical insights and observations of the broader cosmos.
Just like how the law of gravity pulls down everything to the center of the earth, the law of cause and effect, for instance, governs the moral consequences of our actions.
However, just as we can use the laws of physics to create vast technological systems, we can use the laws of the spirit to benefit our lives and those of others.
This is the purpose of this book, where every chapter will show you the personal, social, and global applications of that chapter’s spiritual and philosophical insights.
Because some of these non-human spiritual ideas are so abstract, I will use Tetris as a metaphor. Using concrete examples, I can clearly explain abstract spiritual concepts in a way that is understandable to humans.
I invite you now to open your mind and see the spiritual laws of reality. In doing so, I hope your life improves and that you can help others spread the universal love that binds all things and returns us to the One.
With Love,
Aquila Goh (Galactoid)
